Wondering (panicking?) where the younger readers are? They're out there, as the highly successful millennial news and analysis site Attn.com proves day after day. Martha Pierce, head of audience growth at Attn, will discuss how to find millennials, what they want to read and how they want to receive their content. A must-attend talk for anyone from legacy media organizations struggling with loss of audience to digital natives seeking the most effective strategies to continue growing.

Topics of discussion will include:

- How to build a successful search strategy from the ground up

- Gathering data and using it as a tool to understand users

- Creating inherently social content for Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, Instagram

The program is free and open to the public, but reservations are requested because space is limited. Light refreshments will be served. Please RSVP at spjlosangeles@gmail.com.
